Ladies, what shoes should I wear?

Answer from Camp Hale:
It's a lot of lawn space and gravel, but guests will be under the tent, which has concrete floors, for the majority of the time. I have seen guests where everything from flats to stilettos. We recommend block heels.

Can I bring gifts to Colorado?

We would prefer you send gifts to our home address.

What is the attire for the welcome party and the wedding?

Welcome Party: jeans are totally acceptable. Jaclyn is wearing a shin length dress, so there will be a variety of styles here.

Wedding: cocktail attire. But to all the ladies if you’re wearing heels: block heels.

Should I bring a shaw to the wedding?

That is completely up to you! The tent can be heated. There will be a fire pit and three heat lamps on the lawn.

What’s the hashtag?

If I take a shuttle and want to leave early, how do I do that?

  • Guests can go home anytime before 10:30PM.

  • After 10:30PM Vans have to be full before departing.

  • Last shuttle leaves at 11:30PM.

What if I want to drive to Camp Hale?

If you choose to drive, please follow these directions rather than GPS and remember you will lose signal as you get closer to the venue (esp. avoid apple maps)

When and where do I need to be for the shuttle to the wedding?

4:15PM (sharp) in the lobby of the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort.

There will be signs indicating that the shuttles are for the Tracy/Bingle Wedding.

What if I have food allergies or sensitivities?

Indicate in your RSVP via mail or online that you have dietary restrictions. We will label all food using the information we are provided from you.

Will there be cellphone service in the mountains?

No. There will be no cell service.

What if I need to reach my babysitter or in case of an emergency?

We can get you wifi access in cabin 2 or 3 on site. Find a bridesmaid or day-of-coordinator and they can provide that.

Also, you will have access to a landline in Camp Hale’s lodge where you can call out anytime during the event.
